The staff here is very polite and very nice.However, I pointed out an issue to the owner and she did not take well to any type of criticisms. The slices that I got we're undercooked and very doughy. In my opinion, this was because the Pizza had been pressed unevenly, but instead of accepting my criticism, they decided to argue with me. And although I'm along time customer here, I probably will go elsewhere. I can get a better slice at Fortinos. At 1$ per silce more why bother with this it's sad that it's come to this very difficult to get a decent slice of Pizza in the greater Toronto area now.

Their garlic parm wings are honestly better than Wing Stop and 6ixty Wings combined. Some of the best wings I've ever had - and I LOVE wings.
