I'm back with another review which might be against the rules but the restaurant just released a new menu and we were there for the first night. There are so many great choices with the extensive new offerings that it will take several visits to try them all. On night one the lamb spiedini was the winner!
First time at Borgo and the food and service were awesome. Appetizerss/Shareables: Grilled artichokes were tender and seasoned to perfection, and the cauliflower bites were so good. The Burrato was very good too, though the skin on the caramelized squash was a bit tough to contend with - still everything else on that platter was really good. It was my first time and I went with a couple friends for my birthday. It's a nice cozy atmosphere with music and tvs playing in the background. Tino looked after us and recommended some great options on the menu. Everything came out in a timely manner and the food was great. Would definitely recommend and will be back again! 10/10
