Original Indian taste!

No wheelchair accessibility , the door closes on you. No stroller accessibility, for people with kids or new born. The music is too loud for babies, avoid if visiting with babies.

Great experience and nice food

It's a quiet eatery at Third Line ..
Must visit for antaate or Indian Street Food .
However I feel the options are quite limited and it's a bit on the pricier side for a cafe .
Their Jamum shots are a must have .
Chole bhature are much hyped however the taste is not upto the mark .

Time and again ...this place disappoints us... Being hopeful...n optimistic we come back but then ... It's unfortunate... The food is served late and after half hour they came and said the fish is unavailable....are you kidding. Then one of the dish they have served was below average. I hope they pay more attention to detail and serve better.

Today I visited Chai Pani at Third Line in Oakville, and the entire experience felt incredibly nostalgic. Their menu is truly a trip down memory lane, bringing back memories of growing up in Bombay with all the classic street food flavours I used to enjoy as a kid.

I started with the Dahi Batata Puri, and it was absolutely delicious - perfectly balanced chutneys, generous portions of dahi, and that ideal mix of sweet, tangy, and crunchy textures exactly the way I love it.

Next, I tried their Bombay Grill Sandwich, which instantly reminded me of the famous Khau Galli in Ghatkopar, Mumbai - packed with flavour and pure comfort food. To end the visit, I had their chai with bun maska, and for a moment, it genuinely felt like I was sitting in an old Irani cafΓ© back in Mumbai. A beautiful experience for anyone missing authentic Bombay street food and nostalgia.

We have come here a couple times thinking the service would get better, but it only gets worse. Though the service isn't that it's not like the food is great either. We waited almost 30 mins to get our food and it was really oily as well.

It’s a premium chai with a Starbucks tier level pricing and the chai cups don’t freaking hold the lids. Plus the portion size gives no value for the money. They charge Starbucks pricing with the portion size of a vending machine. Need bigger standard medium size cups which hold a lid. Next time if it falls on me we will be seeking for the compensation legally

I tried the pulao here and honestly it was disappointing. It was way too spicy to enjoy, and for $15 it felt like I was basically just eating rice with very little else. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
