overpriced food..mandarin level
We visited Chynthia's today, and I must say I was underwhelmed by the reception, when entering the restaurant. No eye contact,, and no welcome to the facility. When seated, we asked for tea, but it took a long time to arrive. The waiter, William, was attentive. The food was acceptable, but portions were small, for the price. When you don't feel particulary welcomed,
it mitigates the prospect for a return visit!
Ordered in the afternoon -in person for pickup Christmas evening. I had wanted to pick up at 6PM but was told I had no option but to pick up at 5:15PM. That should have been my red flag. I came in at 5:15 only to be told that the kitchen was running behind and it would be another 15 minutes. Another red flag but I decided to stay. An hour later my 3 items were ready.
