High quality coffee beans! I met Gustavo some weeks ago and I decided to try his coffee beans as I am a big fan of expresso and have a machine at home to do it myself.He and his colleague (Jake) were very nice and welcoming. Oakville has a lot of coffee roasters but Firebat is the best. The owners Gustavo and Leena clearly have a passion for single origin coffee and working directly with growers in El Salvador to bring this fantastic coffee to Canada. I primarily buy their Espresso for my daily latte. It pairs fantastically with milk! I've also enjoyed their Pacmara and Bourbon blends in pour over, French Press and AeroPress preparations.
