Consistently bad experience at this location. Ingredients are regularly missing, portions are skimpy, and the quality control is basically nonexistent. Ordering on the app doesn’t help either—when I select extra toppings on the mobile order, they almost never show up. It’s not a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern.
At this point, it feels like the staff either can’t read the order properly or they’re purposely ignoring it. Either way, you shouldn’t have to double-check every burger like it’s a scavenger hunt. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different Harvey’s.

I had a really disappointing experience at Harvey’s today. The employees were openly fighting with each other in front of customers and using bad language, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never visit this location again.
