The atmosphere may feel dull due to dark grey warming bags, uninspiring wall coverings, and flooring. Parking could be an issue since only one side is included in dinners, and extra charges may apply for certain sides. The staff, including Kati, are friendly, polite, and attentive to customers’ needs, making sure food comes out hot and perfect. The place is very clean and inviting, and it is especially accommodating for kids. Overall, the service can create a positive experience for large groups and families with children, with many customers praising the staff's kindness and the delicious, piping hot food.
