Great seating and quick service. They also sell Nonna Lia tiramisu which is a nice addition as they usually offer it only in downtown locations. The drinks were well-made and I was satisfied as always. There was no noise and the seats were comfortable. It is located in a more secluded plaza, but is a great spot if you’re in walking distance.
Kung Fu Tea Oakville never disappoints. I love 38 Milk King but today I ordered the Mango Cheese Slush and I literally finished my drink in the parking lot it was that good 😭😩👌🙇🏻♀️ Plus they have the most delicious egg waffles 😵💫😵💫 and their tapioca is top tier; the perfect texture & sweetness
No pearls, Not enough flavour almost like drinking cold water. Bitter, Got it for my kids I had to add sugar for some flavour. You guys are so stingy. Definitely don’t deserve my tip.
I love it here, waffles are amazing

I like this place, but I honestly think it’s a little bit too much for the drinks.

Great selections of teas. Delicious
Update:
Changing to 1 star. I’ve visited this location several times, and each time my tea is diluted with only milk—no tea at all. Despite mentioning this in my first review, it seems that quality, correct drink proportions, and fast service are not priorities for this location. The inconsistency and slow service here are truly disappointing, especially compared to their Mississauga store, which does an amazing job mixing the tea and preparing the drinks.
The diluted milk tea (without tea, it’s just milk and ice) does not represent authentic bubble tea. I’ve contacted corporate customer support and hope they can improve the quality and service. It’s frustrating to get a diluted drink with only milk after a long wait.
Original review has 3 stars -
Pearls are fresh and chewy. However the wait time was long and it seems that the store does not have the capacity to serve during a busy night. We had to wait 5 minutes to order (1 person in front of us), the staff then proceeded to make the drinks after taking the person’s order (in front of us), leaving us standing and waiting instead of acknowledging us. Would appreciate more communication and courtesy.
The drinks took around 10 minutes to serve. The Jinquan Oolong milk tea was too milky and it lacks the depth of the tea (as shown in the picture, barely any tea color). They need to measure the portions better as I remember the Mississauga store made it really well. Overall not bad given it’s in Oakville.

Lovely little bubble tea shop with some good tea as well, I'd try it out if you are in the area

This place used to be great until my order today. They now serve their Milk Tea’s in black paper cups so you can’t see anything inside. They also changed to cardboard straws which disintegrate as you drink it.As well, the brown sugar pearls were hard and chewy. Will never come back to this location with the recent changes.

I generally love Kung Fu Tea and it generally impresses with its diverse menu and the quality of its beverages. However, when i visited this location today, i ordered 2 cold drinks and they served both in 2 black paper cup. This presentation significantly detracts from the overall experience, as one of the joys of enjoying bubble tea lies in the visual appeal of the drink. The vibrant colors, the texture and color of the toppings , and the layering of the ingredients contribute as much to the enjoyment as the taste itself.I l find myself pretty disappointed by the inability to appreciate the aesthetic aspect of their drink, a sentiment that can overshadow the otherwise satisfactory quality of the beverages. Usually I like to post a picture on my IG or FB as a story, but looking at 2 black cups is not very appealing. Even more disappointingly, I specifically asked them to change to transparent cups, but they refused saying that its only for cheese foam drinks. I think they may have too many paper cup (which supposed to be used for hot drinks) so they need to get rid of them, but the customer service should definitely be better.Overall, while Kung Fu Tea stands strong on the taste and quality front, a reconsideration of their choice of serving cups could elevate the customer experience by aligning with the visual expectations that bubble tea lovers have come to cherish.
