Great seating and quick service. They also sell Nonna Lia tiramisu which is a nice addition as they usually offer it only in downtown locations. The drinks were well-made and I was satisfied as always. There was no noise and the seats were comfortable. It is located in a more secluded plaza, but is a great spot if you’re in walking distance.

Kung Fu Tea Oakville never disappoints. I love 38 Milk King but today I ordered the Mango Cheese Slush and I literally finished my drink in the parking lot it was that good 😭😩👌🙇🏻‍♀️ Plus they have the most delicious egg waffles 😵‍💫😵‍💫 and their tapioca is top tier; the perfect texture & sweetness

The location is good. The shop is bright and clean. I saw 4 staff during my visit. The order was just made very quickly, and I don't have to wait too long. The drink is good and rich.
