Extremely Extremely expensive. I bought a ham & cheese sandwich. No sauce on it (mayo or mustard). I asked if they had any packages of mayo or mustard. They said they can give me a little container on the side but their would be a charge..That is crazy as the sandwich cost me $9 on its own! This place is very over priced.

I absolutely love this place! Great service and amazing customer service! I recommend getting the onion and cheese breakfast bagel! Avani had the best manners when helping customers while keeping a big smile on her face! :)

I visited La Prep inside Oakville Hospital and ordered a cappuccino, hoping for a good cup of coffee.
Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The coffee was extremely hot and not made properly. As a coffee lover, I could tell it wasn’t prepared with the right technique or temperature.
The crew definitely needs better training in making quality coffee. Overall, a very bad experience—I wouldn’t recommend this place for coffee.

I had ordered a cookie with my meal and brought it back to my room. It was rock hard. I couldn’t even bite into it. I asked for a replacement a day later and they were going to charge me (almost $5) for another cookie. In my mind that’s horrible customer service. I had been ordering sandwiches and drinks all week. Super disappointed in their customer service. Will not be going back.

Stood there a couple minutes and the staff could not even be bothered to look up. Apparently they had zero interest in even acknowledging I was even standing there. No greeting at all, they didn't even make eye contact as they walked back and forth in front of me.

My very first visit to this coffee shop/restaurant and I must say my experience was not good at all. They charged me different prices for the same coffee, on the same day, which was absolutely ridiculous and then the explanation they gave me, which was about charging extra for the vanilla syrup, the amount that happened to be higher the second time, than what they mentioned they actually charge. It's not about the few extra cents, it's about the deceit I felt in this incident; as if they were free to charge me whatever they wished. And the coffee wasn't that great either. And on top of it, they talked to each other in their language so that the customer shouldn't understand what they were doing. Both the girls seemed to be ignorant and unapologetic. Totally sad experience. I wish I had gone to Tim's instead. There's no consistency in punching the order as well. They even put the same V. Latte order differently.

I recommend the baked goods here. I had the spinach and feta cheese puff and the croissant. Both were great, the pastry was light and crispy.
If anything, it's slightly too expensive for the amount of food you get.
Gave me the wrong order and refused to make me the right one because it would be a “waste of food”. Well now you’ve not only wasted my time, but also my money on something I didn’t even order. He never offered to make me what I ordered or even a refund. He just basically gave me something I didn’t order and then was too lazy or didn’t care enough to even try to fix there mistake. Basically saying you can take it or leave it. Never felt that kind of disrespect from any food place. Won’t be going there again. Definitely do not recommend.

My sister ordered me a cheese and cauliflower soup. Very thin and no chunks of cauliflower. A lunch bag let down. Don’t waste your money on this soup. It wasn’t what the picture advertised. I’m an inpatient and when she left she advised them of the poor quality . All they had to say was sorry. No refunds. No credit. Poor service in my opinion.

The roasted tomato and pepper soup with gouda was so yummy! Tried the mushroom and kimchi grilled cheese--also excellent! Service was really awesome! Very friendly people working here.
