I ran in to grab a Diet Coke. I travel for work and often stop in for just a drink during the course of my day. Today even though the weather was rainy and miserable, the young woman that took and filled my order was lovely. She was extremely polite and had a lovely smile. Which in turn made me smile! Ashanti, thank you for delivering a ray of sunshine on this dreary day. I wish more servers were as poised and polite as she was. Job well done!

Second time I had to drive away because they took 20 mins to make a McMuffin. They didn’t care. At least I got a refund this time. Will never go back.
I entered this restaurant around 8:25 -last night after getting off the GO Train from Toronto the establishment was empty with the exception of on table on the far left hand side of the front door lobby just by the service counter approximately 3-4 people at this table. I wanted to order some food to go. There were 3 staff members all standing with one another just by the front counter by the drive through counter area one of the staff was the drive through person I think one was a cook and the other was a female young lady dark hair Asian looking and they were all in conversation with the people at the dining room table. I stood in front of the counter for about 5 minutes I even passed up and down the counter area no one acknowledged me one of them saw me but didn’t seem to care that I was there. This is with out a doubt the worst experience I have ever seen in a restaurant in my life, you need to do something about this. Very rude and poor customer service and relationship I called the store after leaving very disappointed and annoyed by the ordeal and expressed my opinion. I went to Montfort instead great service and food., I have found a new restaurant and you have lost a customer ., in addition to when I left the restaurant I noticed that all the customers and restaurant staff were of no idea that I was in the restaurant which makes me feel like what you are doing
