Order# screen is not working. My mobile order took more then 5 minutes longer then my friend who ordered at the counter. My order was mixed up with somebody else’s and I got fries and somebody else’s custom mc double. This location is terrible. 10 minutes to make a Big Mac

Ambiance was friendly & clean. We ordered pick up from the counter. The 🍟 & 🍔 was freshly made and service was quick since the order was placed

I had a bad experience here yesterday, where my lunch was very poorly executed. I phoned the location and spoke to the manager. He kindly suggested I come back to the store and he would ensure the product was satisfactory. He was a man of his word and I enjoyed the meal today that I had hoped for yesterday. This is a great example of a solid employee ensuring that customers are satisfied and remain loyal. I noted some poor reviews for this location but anticipate soon that these reviews will improve as they certainly have the right people in management to turn it around.

When I get there in the morning, there are never enough muffins . Its as if they make 5 muffins and thats it for the day. Why not prepare muffins of all varieties up until noon. Never any carrot muffins.

This McDonald’s on Cross Ave in Oakville is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. The restrooms don’t even have doors and they are consistently dirty, tables are always filthy and dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a place that serves food. Cleanliness and basic facilities should be a priority, but this location clearly doesn’t care. Food is always messy and nasty, Definitely needs serious improvement.
Night staff, i understand but No one in line. Asked me to pull up to spot one. Told me there was someone at the speaker. No one was there. Just lies to keep the time for management.
