My three old loves going to the “French fries shop!” and so when we were planning her birthday we knew we needed to include it as part of her adventure. I brought 36 people to the McDonalds as part of our Go Train party. The team was so gracious and served us in a timely manner. The space was perfect and the staff were more than kind! I hope we also brightened their day!

Ordered coffee at the drive through a first all it took 10 min in the drive through and they were not parking cars ahead of us to make it fast. Plus when I went up they didn’t have my order punched in the system. On top of that Cofee was cold

About 2 week before. I filed a complaint for wrongfully charged me 15$ for a coffee. After 5 days I got a call from General manager she asked me to come to Restaurant and then she refund my money. So I went there but she was not there .I talked to the other employee and she said come back tommarow and I went again but the Restaurant was closed and it closed for a week and they doesn't have the courtesy to call back and let me know about that. 15$ is nothing for me but the thing is atleast have some professional courtesy and plz dont lie to people. .

Cold food, forgot patties on chicken burger in the past, told to drive to waiting area when nobody was behind me, not even half servings of big mac sauce on the side. I tried giving y'all another chance.... Go to the town center if you can, way better service and food. Oh, and I didn't see any drug addicts at the town center location, very important, especially for the safety of elderly, kids and families.

Order# screen is not working. My mobile order took more then 5 minutes longer then my friend who ordered at the counter. My order was mixed up with somebody else’s and I got fries and somebody else’s custom mc double. This location is terrible. 10 minutes to make a Big Mac
The place was cozy and nice to visit for dine in & spend some quiet time.
Ambiance was friendly & clean. We ordered pick up from the counter. The 🍟 & 🍔 was freshly made and service was quick since the order was placed

I had a bad experience here yesterday, where my lunch was very poorly executed. I phoned the location and spoke to the manager. He kindly suggested I come back to the store and he would ensure the product was satisfactory. He was a man of his word and I enjoyed the meal today that I had hoped for yesterday. This is a great example of a solid employee ensuring that customers are satisfied and remain loyal. I noted some poor reviews for this location but anticipate soon that these reviews will improve as they certainly have the right people in management to turn it around.

When I get there in the morning, there are never enough muffins . Its as if they make 5 muffins and thats it for the day. Why not prepare muffins of all varieties up until noon. Never any carrot muffins.
