I completely forgot why I haven't been to this location in a long time. Today I was promptly reminded. This is the worst location I have ever been to. It has the SLOWEST drive thru! It wasn't even busy and yet my order still took 15 minutes to come out. Also, my blueberry pomegranate smoothie tasted nothing like it usually does. It was absolutely disgusting. NEVER coming to this location ever again. Go to Harvey's instead.

The order taker at the drive through was very rude. Nobody came to the first window, so when I drove to the second window, I was rudely told about paying at the first window. The windows were very dirty and the parking lot was in shambles....not very inviting.Not worth the visit.

Usually pleasant.Today I was given a dirty look and the silent treatment for asking please could I have a tray (before person got to window with coffee). Find it difficult to carry coffees and all my bags through large parking lot at work, sorry.Shame this simple and friendly request upset the attendant, hope her day got better.
The staff who took my order was fine. Got attitude from manager another staff member for asking for extra pickles on the side.

The drive thru wasn't busy in the least but three people were assigned to the station. I walked into the restaurant to pick up an online order but didn't see any kiosks so thought they didn't offer it there but I tried my luck.I walked up to the counter and was ignored by the cashier, so just waited around for my mobile order. My drink came out first, but no reference to the order number... Waited for rest of order and asked for an extra bbq sauce. Was told I'd have to pay for it which was fine but when I asked how much a packet cost the server had no clue.The franchise owner is obviously cutting back seriously since they are very stingy with napkins. I had to ask for ketchup which wasn't put into the take out bag. I was begrudgingly handed one packet.It is a smaller location that is in need of a refresh. The parking lot is also tiny and filled with pot holes. If you're in the area head a little further north to the location on Iroquois and Trafalgar. Much better service.
