Last week I ordered Fresh Linguini Pasta Salad w/ Chick’n; Vegan Chicken Alfredo Pasta; and Japanese Cucumber & Cabbage Salad. Plus, there’s a new menu every week!!! “I have tried 5 or 6 meal services over 10 years and Protein Chef is the best. They have cracked a code that no other meal service has been able to do. First, their website experience lets you customize meals in terms of a Protein, Card and Veg. Brilliant! Seems so simple and you wonder how has no one thought of this before? But more importantly, their food tastes good. I tried all the others, including Factor and it blows me away at how stale the food can taste. One final thing I like is the fact that their containers are recyclable. I am sure someone at Protein Chef did this deliberately. All the other meal services use black plastic that is not recyclable by the City of Toronto. And trust me, they know it's not recyclable, but in order to increase their profits by 10 cents, they still use it. So I feel less guilty knowing that Protein Chefs containers are 100% recyclable.“
