First time visiting Peppino’s and it was great. Everything wasn’t perfect but it was definitely a 4.6 so I rounded up.
Starting with atmosphere… it was welcoming and cozy but a bit too cozy, they could definitely use a bigger space. We (2 of us) were sat at a little table near the door and along a busy corridor. The music seemed a bit loud but you get used to it, and there were plenty of tv’s to watch the game on so one was always in view.
The drink and food selection were both fine. There were too many delicious sounding food options on the menu which made selecting something a bit difficult for myself. My wife got the pasta primavera. She says it was “fine” and she had leftovers. I tried the New York style wings and the prosciutto pizza. The wings were excellent, especially the sauce. The pizza was good but prepared oddly. The pizza was cooked and sliced but after it was sliced they added arugula and the prosciutto which actually made the pizza difficult to eat. Perhaps if the prosciutto was sliced into small pieces and then added it wouldn’t have been such a difficult process trying to reslice the pizza in order to serve the pieces. We were too stuffed to try dessert.
The price was reasonable for the quality of the food and the service was great too. We would definitely eat there again.

Food was decent but pasta was outrageously priced. Charging that price for the portion size given almost criminal. I would not go back for this reason alone. $150 for 3 pastas and 3 panzos is beyond crazy.

Very disappointed. We came for trivia night expecting a fun evening, but one of the questions was shocking and disturbing. The trivia round included audio clips of “historical speeches,” and one of them was a speech by Netanyahu who is a war criminal and is wanted by the International Criminal Court, currently overseeing mass atrocities against civilians and children. This choice was completely unacceptable. It was triggering, offensive, and shows a serious lack of judgement. Claiming ignorance is not an excuse. There are countless other speeches that could have been used. Playing that clip is as offensive as playing a speech by German dictator from the 1940s. It should never happen in any setting. Bars and restaurants must vet the trivia companies they work with, and in this case, QuizzicalMind. Guests should never be exposed to content that is offensive, traumatizing, and completely unacceptable.

Every time I come here I am always greeted quickly and the food is amazing, I always get the gnocchi and it is cooked to perfection. Best gnocchi in Oakville!

A Hidden Gem! We had a fantastic experience at Peppino Oven. The outdoor seating was cozy and made for a perfect casual evening out. The service was excellent — our server was polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. The highlight? The Chicken Pesto Pizza — hands down one of the best we’ve had across Canada. Flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The whole vibe of the place is relaxed and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit! Food- 5/5 Service- 5/5
