“I had an incredible experience at Mill Roast! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. The highlight was definitely the Pollo de la Brasa – it was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and absolutely delicious. And the in-house aji? Amazing! It added the perfect kick to every bite.
