Pilot Coffee Roasters is a great spot for enjoying coffee and getting work done. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with order-ahead options for quick visits. Expertly pulled espresso and a nice variety of beans are available, along with delicious options like the London Fog and pistachio cake slice. The atmosphere is peaceful and excellent for working while sipping on a latte. Vegetarian options are available, although limited. The iced matcha latte with cranberry syrup is a unique offering, but the cranberry flavor was not distinct, and the matcha was average. The mocha, on the other hand, had a rich, aromatic bean flavor. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere make it a recommended alternative to other coffee chains.
