There is a guy that works there hes customer service is very good he soo welcoming and nice he needs a raise. Very good guy i come here only because of him . You guys should go in person and check him out very helpful.

They accidentally burnt my pizza but they gave it to me, apologized, AND gave another awesomely tasty delicious amazing splendid perfectly coloured/cooked new one!!! The care by these workers here are amazing. They even know my friend’s order because she comes so much (S.O. fatty M)

Person was yelling and screaming in the back. We had to wait for the person to serve and we had to wait 5 minutes. The person who took our order was super nice. But people in the back sounded like a kindergarten fight. Super disappointed. Imagine this is a first impression to someone of your restaurant?!?!?! Over damn pizza :( Atmosphere was super retro kinda like 2015ish and smelled like a baseball game (in a good way) Food was amazing tho

First off the guy that served me was friendly so you earned the one point. I paid $40 for an extra large pizza. To say it was light on the toppings would be an understatement. Hardly any cheese, sauce or the rest of the ingredients. I estimate they made about $35 profit on my empty pizza. I am beyond disappointed. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. This was my attempt to switch to a Canadian pizza franchise from Domino's. Thursday March 20 at 5ish pm. There seems to be a lot of recent negative reviews and a lot of apologies. Instead of a sorry why not try to do better.
Have been ordering from 3rd line pizza nova location. They have great service and pizza is done just right. They have other great food too. Delivery is on time and friendly.

Great place we go to after the Taekwondo next door. Kids love the gluten free and dairy free pizza, amazing taste love it for my self too. Great service they always get it right allergy wise and they put a seal on the pizza saying it’s dairy free and gluten free! Wonderful staff thank you we will be back always!!!!

This is a place from where we purchased pizza many times. However, today my daughter went in, with my grandkids, and dealt with the grumpiest man alive: very rude and with absolute no desire to have us as customers again! When asked details about the pizzas, he had a "take it or leave it" attitude, disrespectful and rude. We understand that everyone may have a bad day sometime, but when you are a business owner (or work for one) you communicate nicely with customers if you want to see them again. If you don't want to see them again .... just be rude and impolite. Not going to this place again! All the best everyone.
