Always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff. Food is always fresh and made with haste.

Washrooms are always clean and the tables are always good to eat on.

I go to this Popeyes every Sunday, and I always have a great experience. The sandwiches are really good and always fresh.

Jayati took my order, and she was really kind, patient, and very polite. She is always smiling and makes sure everything is right with the order. She does a great job and makes the whole experience better every time I come.

The guy at the front also greeted me well and made me feel welcome. The service is fast, the staff are nice, and the food is always good. I enjoy coming here and would recommend this Popeyes to others.

Told us 6 mins. 20 mins later asked again how long and they said 6-7 minutes. Never gave us the number or receipt and then kept asking what ours was. Manager was rude and unhelpful and not wearing gloves. People that ordered after us got there’s first. And kept prioritizing skip the dishes.

Even though I arrived a few minutes before closing time, they didn't attend to me and told me it was closed at 10:01.

Not fresh fries. Cold. Did not like at all.

I highly recommend the Kerr Street location. The food is always fresh and amazing, but what truly makes this branch special is the staff. Dennis provided exceptional service—he was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Five stars all around for great food and fantastic customer service!
