Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was so salty and 5.99 deal which came with 2 chicken strips not 3 as advertised. Asked to change fries to onion rings but denied. Apparently the service from staff was unfriendly. I will drive further to other locations next time for sure

Workers working like going home. Very very slow. If you dont have anything go there and spend ypur time for delivery. Very bad customer service. To pack the order it took 10min. Very poor. Give them a extra strngth

Food is decent and all, but sucks that they don't offer daily specials anymore. I really dislike it when a franchise does this. Also have left out some items in the past (small items like biscuits, sauces, etc.).

The cashier girl kindly suggested good combos recommendation for our family, the chicken is good as usual, the chicken nuggets are surprisingly delicious with real meat pieces inside.

Visited this location last Sunday, the cashier in front with glasses was not at all attentive but was busy talking with cooks all the time . I actually waited for 5 minutes just to place an order. I have heard about this location alot but sorry to say the service is getting degraded day by day.
It was a bit offending as she was talking in her own language which i don’t know at all. It feels too awful. I can never visit this location again or not even suggest anymore to my any known one.
