I dined in at this place and ordered pies, but they were served raw. When I pointed this out and came back to address the issue, the manager was very rude and showed a bad attitude instead of handling the situation professionally.
I had paid by card, but the refund was given in cash. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and customer service definitely needs improvement

This is my favourite Popeyes in Oakville. Always fresh and well prepared and put together.
Jayati and Ravleen always go above and beyond and really show they care by acting with kindness and exemplifying exceptional customer service. It makes a difference and is appreciated and will keep me coming back!
