When you dine out you want to be greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. Not three girls standing behind a counter giggling and telling you to sit down. As you sit down we get one menu for three ppl. Server doesn’t come back u til 10 minutes. Once the food arrives no server comes back to check up on you. Food would taste better if the service was there. This is what happens when you franchise. Really disappointed.

I would go there often..off late the food is disgusting..the katti rolls are bland, dripping with so much sauce, the lettuce seems like it's a few days old. the potato filling in the puffs was smelling stale. I think food safety ought to audit this place. Poor stands

Very disappointed with my experience at Punjabi Nature Restaurant.
According to the restaurant's website, parathas are supposed to come with pickles, raita, and butter. However, when I picked up my order, I was only given raita. When I politely asked about the missing items, I was told that they only provide raita.
I explained that their website clearly states otherwise and even asked if I could at least get the butter since parathas can be quite dry without it. Unfortunately, I was still told no. I was even willing to pay extra if there were additional charges, but no solution was offered.
What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff simply dismissed my concerns. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone I could direct my complaint to, they couldn't even tell me who I should contact.
This feels like false advertising, as the website promises items that were not provided. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled showed a complete lack of customer care and problem-solving. Very disappointing experience.

My brother placed an Uber Eats order for me from London, UK, so that we could enjoy a special family celebration together. The order was placed based on my recommendation and included dry fruit boondi ladoo and kaju katli. When I arrived at the store to collect the order, the lady at the counter, informed me that the boondi ladoo was out of stock. I politely asked whether it could be replaced with another variety of ladoo at the same price, or alternatively, I was willing to pay any difference in cost if it’s more than what we paid.. She then began packing motichoor ladoos, but I noticed that only 4-5 pieces remained and they did not appear fresh. I also observed her collecting broken pieces and attempting to combine them by hand. When I and my husband expressed my concern, she responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, saying, “Yahi bacha hai” (“This is all that’s left”). At that point, the situation became frustrating because we did not feel it was acceptable to receive leftover or broken sweets as a substitute when we have already paid for the sweets and also paying the difference . We were also concerned that the order had been accepted despite the item being unavailable but showed patience taking replacements , rather than being updated or cancelled in advance. I requested to speak with a manager but was informed that no supervisor was present in the store and she was so rude informing that, which I found surprising. Eventually, the head chef intervened and resolved the issue, and I appreciate his efforts to address the problem professionally. Unfortunately, throughout the interaction, she continued arguing in front of other customers and colleagues, all of whom witnessed the exchange. The entire experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. While I am grateful to the head chef for stepping in and resolving the matter, the poor customer service and handling of the situation left us extremely disappointed and detracted from what was meant to be a special family celebration. Given the circumstances and the impact it had on what was intended to be a special family celebration, it spoiled our day and we left frustrated and if there would have been negative rating I would have considered giving that.
