very disappointed! ordered BBQ Ribs & received BBQ Pork Fried Rice. ordered crispy chicken spring rolls: none of the 5 pieces had ANY chicken. When I called the manager, he said they are made by hand so the amount of chicken varies. When I said NONE of the 5 had ANY, he said ''that is so rare, you are very lucky, go buy a lottery ticket!''. No offer of any credit back to my credit card only that I should have brought the fried rice back. the one star is for the Vancouver Chicken Wings - they were delicious: Crispy, medium spicy & a good size! The Pad Thai looked nothing like the photo on the web site. It has reddish sauce & very little chicken & vegetables - it was just ok

I ordered from here 2 days ago. Nothing but disappointment. I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls: cold. Sweet and sour sauce had not yet thawed completely. The dumplings came hot. No complaints. The ribs were the toughest and so full of fat. A huge disappointment needless to say....i will NEVER order from here again! This place was my go to place.

I had chicken w black bean sauce chow mein delivered and a spring roll. The noodles were oily, the chicken tasteless, and the vegetables were in large chunks, not nicely presented. Overall a big disappointment. The spring roll was nice. This was my first and last order it's just too expensive to take another chance. If this had been purchased at a grocery store I would take it back for a refund. I don't have that option with this vendor.

If you order the dry fried chicken or Calamari be prepared for lots and lots of onions like half the container

We’ve been ordering here for over 14 years. The portions of meat in the rice are much better than the other Chinese restaurants in the neighbourhood.

My daughter loves the Calgary style beef, she normally order by the phone but the customer service over the phone was not nice , the person sounds like no patience.

Red Chillie never dissapoints! If it is your first Red Chillie experience... I highly recommend the Orange Beef, Sesame Chicken, and Dry Fried Green Bean. I hear the Calgary Beef is incredible as well, but I have yet to try that. Enjoy!!!

I ordered fried rice and crisp chicken. The rice was good but the chicken had nothing to do with I ordered. It tasted like a chicken that was made earlier it wasn’t crisp at all and also had some type of sauce that I hated. I just lost my appetite that night besides throwing my money out

Beautiful during the summer. The grounds keepers do a great job.

Was here the other day, and I got to say that I was pretty excited to checkout the food here. Even tho some of the other reviews suggest otherwise. After me and my family ordering multiple items on the menu. Exited to try them all. The only thing that was tasty was the house noddles which is literally noddles with a soy sauce base. I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed that we spent close to a hundred for mostly in edible “fake and artificial food” this is not like a restaurant tho it’s a family owned location. This tastes like fast food that you would find at a gas station… hope things change and you focus on making the food not only more tasty but more presentable too. The sweet and sour chicken is sooo doughy I’ll be surprised if there’s even chicken in there. The bean and beef tastes really expired. Took a while for the food to be made too (over half and hour) - out of many many plates. I’d say that 95% of the food was thrown away form the indelibleness of the food. We were hungry so we had to eat that 5%. The Singapore noodles are dry, pretty low quality place. Things need to change

Definitely the best asian food in Oakville. Excellent flavors and plenty of food. Our go to place.

Been ordering from Red Chili for some time now. Have noticed a big decline in the quality of food. It became one of the worst Chinese restaurants in Oakville. That combined with a rude staff and horrible service over the phone. Very disappointed and glad there are many other better alternatives now.
