Today I received the worst customer service experience from a Starbucks worker called Mary. Unprofessional, rude to me and the gentleman was before me in the line. Not a good team member!!!

Apparently Starbucks changed their standards, only the name of the card holder goes on cups now? š¤·š½āāļø that could be why stores have closed across Ontario? Says āshe just works here, and made it a point to mention sheās the trainerāā¦

Well, I wonāt be shopping at my local Starbucks anymore,, Iāve been getting coffee at this location for over a year and the one time I roll in in a bummy sweater and track pants at seven in the morning, their staff decides to give me the up and down and asked me if Iām gonna buy anything in a very rude tone.

I have been coming to this starbucks twice a week for 4 months always getting coffee and food from them. Today I had to use the bathroom before ordering , the staff know me and have seen me i was denied bathroom code for access and the person working at the front said I had to order first. I told them I'm a regular and will however since my job is on the road I had to use the bathroom first, I was denied again. It's unbelievable. This how how this place treats regulars. I will never come back here again. And I strongly advocate that people don't either to show that humanity should come first before business.

I'm at Starbuck now and one lady her name is Mila she broke a one shot glass and we were very close there. The glass has berm broken and those glass particules went everywhere. My coffee was open the other table's too. She is just laughing and didn't say sorry. Didn't say sorry and also didnt ask are you ok or something. Unbelievable behavior l!!!

The Staff at this location is the best ever. So welcoming with warm smiles everytime I come in there. Monique,Minza,Xavier Are so kind and very acceptive and Courteous. If I could give a 10 star each one would get one. Love this place keep up the smiles friends! :)

Reviewing this Starbucks location for many reasons!! I I have visited multiple locations and this particular one is my favourite one by far!! This location is well kept, fully stocked, clean, orders are always ready incredibly fast compared to others!! The one thing that this locations has more than others is all the incredible staff that are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision for me when I want something a little different!!
Today I had a Cortado with one pump of brown sugar syrup and a piece of cinnamon coffee cake! Great combination!!

Itās a convenient location from my home. However, since it is a relatively small space, you donāt get that typical Starbucks feeling. Three out of three times they didnāt have some of the baked goods I wanted to order. Staff appeared tired and exhausted but courteous.

I called to ask if they had this navy cup online, they said no they have it in black and white. The navy looks black so I was thinking she might be talking about the same one but if itās not navy thatās not a problem il just pick up the black and white one. I placed an order online for pickup. When I got there they donāt have any cups and her excuse was I saw it yesterday. I called TODAY! If she was not lazy to take 2 minutes of her time to check and tell me no we donāt have these cups instead of saying yes we have them in black and white, then I wouldnāt have wasted my time coming there. I donāt know why it says available online and allowed me to place an order, if the order canāt be fulfilled, would you not contact the customer and let them know? On top of that they wouldnāt give me a refund cause I placed an order online. So Iām inconvenienced now coming there and now inconvenienced having to call in to get a refund because of 2 lazy workers, the Asian one that picked up the phone and the mixed one that said they have it in black and white. RIDICULOUS!
