Such a great Starbucks. Yesterday it was just gently snowing and the music was playing inside and it just felt so warm and wonderful to be inside with a coffee looking out at the snowy December.

Order there Monday to Friday (mobile). Staff are welcoming and friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s because we all love that cafe. They call out the drinks they are working on. Which makes the wait less stressful. Muniza is amazing. Greets me by name.

I have been a regular here for over two years since I work right there and grab my lunch from SB quite often.
However off late the service and staff behaviour has gone very bad.
Two times they give me wrong food order and then the girl from the staff questions me why is there a mix up with your order?!!!!
I should be the one asking you guys that and not the other way round? !!!!!!
Matchas are very awfully made, sometimes too Milky sometimes too much sugar and today no sugar!
I’m gonna try and avoid this one moving forward.

A pleasant short break in this lovely cafe. Spacious and clean with friendly staff.
Used to be quite a nice friendly location but seems quite worn these days. Not very clean in bathrooms, tables and floors. Too bad as used to be such a dependable location. Hit and miss with staff friendliness.
