Starbucks

Me and my husband went there today, tuesday November 19,2024 around 5pm. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, the white lady/staff is very rude while taking our order and even when making our order. Our drinks was all spilled and messy on the side of the venti cups, she didn't event called my name to inform us that it is ready to grab. I've been a happy customer of starbucks for 15 years and never experienced this kind of attitude from a starbucks staff. 😡

The staff is very rude and ignores the customer's order. I didn't even know my drink came after ordering, and they don't answer when I call them. They are very complaining and maintain an awkward expression and tone of voice that makes the customer look uncomfortable.
Highly not recommended this location, try to look for other location, few other location not far from this store. Trust me, it's not worth it.

The decoration is perfect, went there in the early morning and everyone was so energetic! Perfect experience for a Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks. Busy so maybe that’s why they have some dirty surfaces. Other than that everything looked good.

I’m only writing a review to clarify a Uber review the store may receive. So I’ve never visited this store but have order through Uber for delivery at the office I work. So everytime I’ve ordered the coffee and foods have been fantastic. Today I believe it would’ve been fantastic as well. However it took uber drivers 30 minutes to decide whether to pick up an order. The only reason I’m writing is to inform the store Uber asked me to rate the order so the restaurant can do better! Sorry, to my knowledge this Starbucks is great. Uber should look at themselves and see what they can do to make sure when you order priority you designate a driver immediately to the order!

First time to dine in it was amazing food.. But sorry to say the second visit was a bit unsatisfied... I can't taste the cheddar on my sandwich and I asked the servers.. They told me it's a white cheddar but I can't really taste it..anyways..ill visit again soon if it really cant taste the cheddar on my sandwich. Be back soon ladies... ??

I bought 3 cups of coffee but all 3 cups were not full, the taste was not the same as what I ordered and the staff here was also very upset with me, I don't know why, I was very upset. Disappointed to have had a bad experience here
