I come here regularly- I work across the street at the hospital. This location pays particular attention to detail- my meal is always accurate. The food is always fresh and I never wait- I mobile order and my sub is ready. This location really values their customers and it shows.

First of all, this particular store has a lot of issues with the app as well as with their coupon. When a customer like myself had a question over the coupons not working properly, they had no answer and today when I had questions regarding the mobile app order they had no answer again. I ordered a veggie delight today with the bogofl offered which says buy a footlong get a footlong free and I ordered it twice. Both of the order got canceled. On top of that I was charged four times. The subway has no customer care service number for me to contact and get a clarification over the deductions that I have on my card. This was all such a bad experience for myself, that I've been charged money for the product that I haven't received, even the store staff are not able to take interest in this to help a customer resolve there issues.

Why don’t you guys ever have soup!! Pisses me off how some locations have soup and some locations can’t even make soup!
Probably the best subway in Ontario. Amazing employees who are nice and polite/professional. They take requests like a new knife if you don't want cross contamination from bacon if you are Muslim. They add extra without even asking and it's always empty and peaceful inside. Maybe 1 or 2 people in it but NEVER more then 8. Highly recommend compared to other local in Oakville.

Such an amazing place! I think her name was BAL and the man working with her were amazing! I was having a bad day and they really changed my day! Super amazing service food and people! I can’t get over how amazing they Are! However is the store owner please tell the 2 staff that they are amazing!

Recently visited this location of Subway in Oakville, I wish I can give 0 star to there service! I’ve worked in 3 different locations of subway and visited so many different subway until now but at this location I don’t have words to share , PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!! The employee(one without specs) working around 8:30 pm on 5th July’24 working over there don’t know ANY kind of Customer Service, it’s a request to owner to train her well so that your business can run good ? Treating like an enemy or in simple words I faced RACISM , but I’m not like her so won’t complain further but surely wanna let know the customers who are reading this review atm please avoid this location if you see her working!

The cashier was soliciting tips from every customer. She even had a customer bring a sub to her friend across the street (after asking him to tip her lol)
She was on the phone the whole time and kept having us repeat the order cause she either couldn't hear with her headphones in or was too busy talking.
Not to mention the bread was super hard.
