This location has gone SO downhill. My husband bought 2 sandwiches for our lunch today and when he picked them up, he noticed that they were rock hard and the bread was stale.He immediately complained and requested fresh ones. Both ladies behind the desk started fighting with him saying that they were fresh! They stated that the “got a new oven” and that’s the way they are now, crispy…..??♀️??♀️??♀️.Because they were already wrapped, he unfortunately took them at their word. When he got home and we took them out of the bag, you couldn’t even eat them. They were SO HARD and falling apart.We have been customers of this location for many, many years and we have had multiple issues with them serving stale bread. This was the last straw!!! For the first time my husband actually complained and they totally dismissed him, fought with him, and lied to his face.These sandwiches were only suitable for the garbage and that is where they ended up. Money down the drain and a customer lost forever.STAY AWAY from this place. You’ve been warned!!!

Worst experience with this subway. Made online order and they cancelled without reasons. Without knowing about it, I reached the location for pickup and I was told they cannot process any orders due to shortage of all breads.A subway without breads at 8pm is i have never heard off…?

Pathetic Subway. I had a disappointing experience at this Subway today. While I was observing the food preparation, I noticed that a piece of chicken accidentally fell into the garbage bin. What shocked me was that the employee preparing the food retrieved that same piece of chicken from the garbage and placed it back into the bowl she was preparing. This action was not only unhygienic but also completely unacceptable. Food safety should always be a top priority. I hope this incident can be addressed by the management to ensure such practices don't occur in the future.

This has got to be the BEST subway in Halton. I live about a minute drive to some other locations and will always come to the one of third line and Dundas. The service is great, the counters and cleanliness are above expectation. You are greeted at the door and welcome with a smile. The owner of this place has done a great job making sure the employees are hard working and efficient and most of all kind! Do not listen to the one star reviews. They sound very silly to me. This place is great and always has be coming back for more.

Had a promo code for two bucks off if I ordered online, so I did. Picked up the sub at this location, brought it home and discovered they made it on stale day-old bread. I hate stale bread and that's just cheap on their part considering they make bread in-house.
