The eggs are fresh and the meats are thick! I got the meat lovers omelette and it was full of protein and cheese! Got the griddled potatoes on the side so good!😭 Comes with two slices of buttered toast, with jams or peanut butter on the side
Then I had to come back - this time for a later breakfast, so I got a Rueben sandwich and it was delicious. Perfect toasted bread thick cuts, yum. I had to get those soft and griddled potatoes again so good ‼️

Sunnyside is our go to place for breakfasts in Oakville. Great location in Downtown Oakville - right on Lakeshore. Food is consistently good. We usually go for the Traditional breakfast but everything looks good. Prices are very reasonable as well. We typically go on the weekends so it's probably a good idea to get there relatively early because it often will have a line at the door if you show up after, say, 10 am. Shout out to Nellie who is our favourite server. She's terrific!!!

Great breakfast spot - I have been here numerous times over the past years. The restaurant is a diner, with a very relaxing and traditional diner atmosphere - quite welcome in pretentious downtown Oakville. The meals that I have had were very good and fairly priced. The business has changed ownership sometime in the last year or so, and is now a family run place with excellent service and very good food prepared in the open kitchen (and now with some Mexican specialties). I highly recommend the place for a comfortable and friendly start to the day.

Best breakfast/ lunch place in Canada! Best atmosphere and service I have ever experienced in a grill, the food is 10/10 and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I personally love it here and I am not from Canada however whenever I am in town I make sure to come down anytime I can to Sunnyside. Most of the reason I always come back is down to Nellie who is a very friendly and extremely welcoming member of staff. Thanks to Sunnyside, Nellie and the team for making my trips to oakville so much better! From the Gray family.

I hate places that waiters kind of eye you and the second you're finished with your meal give you the check. This time it was even worse because I was in the middle of a phone call. also scrambled eggs where overcooked and bland.

My wife and I had brunch here today. It was a warm morning and we were seated by Nelly our waitress in the back where the fan was blowing and the back door was open. It was great, very private bar height table for two. The food was hot and plentiful. The decaf coffee was fresh and Nelly made sure our cups never got too low. Nelly was an awesome friendly waitress who provided exceptional service with a humorous hospitable personality. Overall a great experience with excellent service and food.

This Location is aweful very disorganized and no qualified staff working in the kitchen no waitresses to Service and one person seems to be doing everything while everyone else is just standing around location is looking very dirty and dusty and Dated and was there for Breakfast and took an hour and half to get our food and two tables walked outed for not being able to get service and being too slow just Disgusting !!!!!!! Will not be returning
Food was average at best for the price paid. We ordered a buger and eggs benedict. Hollandaise sauce was way too runny. Nice server but I would not return.
