The service here is absolutely the worst. The server/chef is SUPER rude. No matter how nice u are to him. He never smiles, raises his voice and absolutely shows no respect to the customer. Also they never fill the box, it’s always only 2/3 filled. Absolutely the worst customer care experience.

The food is alright just the staff is a bunch of ignorant and rude people. I’ve been there several times since my dad is been in a hospital for quite sometimes for ill-fated disease. It’s already stressful enough to be dealing with this problem and it doesn’t help when you’re staff members are non-spoken, dont know how to smile, who cares attitude and I’m only getting paid here kind of people. No hospitality at all and especially when your store is actually IN HOSPITAL! If your company cares about quality in services, a friendly suggestion, replace them!

The food was good. The service was horrible. The server was rude and seemed annoyed that I bothered him. Not a single hello or thank you.

Food was fantastic and service was great. Food was nice and hot.

Rude staff. The box sucks. The whole purpose of fast food is quick lunch, specially when u r at the hospital. The food was piping hot, too saucy, had to throw 70% after 20 mins cos the food never cooled.

Food and service consistent with the reviews here. Likely if you’re here reading reviews you’ve already fallen to victim. If you have not been here yet. AVOID. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

i ordered and the other guy picked up the bucket of sauce off the floor rested the bottom of the bucket on the serving station for a better grip to pour it into his little tin right infront of me, Might as well prepare my food on the floor, DISGUSTING!!!! no way this place would pass inspection. I immediately asked for my money back and went to 16-mile creek next to it and had an amazing burger. The funny thing is he gave me my money back immediately without any emotion. im sorry, nothing, kinda like screw you. Im spending 30 days in the hospital and everyday ill take my momey somewhere else than those dirty pigs! Also when i approached they made me wait till his tik tok was over to order. thank you for showing your true colors immediately instead of eating here for 2 weeks then seeing it later

Absolutely horrible service.Asked for a bowl instead of the box and the server made it seem like he had to hike up the Himalayas to get it.If I had known the staff was allergic to money I would have gone where they wanted my money. Wish I read the reviews before going here.

I’m 95% sure this restaurant got me sick. It’s very ironic considering it’s in a hospital, but 3 days of illness have not been funny at all.
