Rude staff. The box sucks. The whole purpose of fast food is quick lunch, specially when u r at the hospital. The food was piping hot, too saucy, had to throw 70% after 20 mins cos the food never cooled.

i ordered and the other guy picked up the bucket of sauce off the floor rested the bottom of the bucket on the serving station for a better grip to pour it into his little tin right infront of me, Might as well prepare my food on the floor, DISGUSTING!!!! no way this place would pass inspection. I immediately asked for my money back and went to 16-mile creek next to it and had an amazing burger. The funny thing is he gave me my money back immediately without any emotion. im sorry, nothing, kinda like screw you. Im spending 30 days in the hospital and everyday ill take my momey somewhere else than those dirty pigs! Also when i approached they made me wait till his tik tok was over to order. thank you for showing your true colors immediately instead of eating here for 2 weeks then seeing it later

Absolutely horrible service.Asked for a bowl instead of the box and the server made it seem like he had to hike up the Himalayas to get it.If I had known the staff was allergic to money I would have gone where they wanted my money. Wish I read the reviews before going here.

I’m 95% sure this restaurant got me sick. It’s very ironic considering it’s in a hospital, but 3 days of illness have not been funny at all.

This is the only Thai Express opened in Oakville for now. No pick up orders, can order from Doordash for delivery. High quality dish and fast delivery.

Previously had a great experience at this location which was totally ruined this visitMy spouse went in and asked for the crispy chicken in the general Thai chicken, and crispy chicken in his pad see ew, as we find the regular breaded chicken to be fattyUpon arriving home and viewing our food, I ended up with Thairacha instead of general Thai and he got unbreaded chickenTried calling a few times before closing to advise of the error and they just wouldn't answer the phone

Excellent food compared with the other Thai express locations.
