Seems like they’ve changed the owner. The new girl is really nice and friendly, and the service was great. The food also tasted really good.

Highly recommend this place! The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and friendly! The food is really tasty. It was a bit busy when I went, but they were pretty fast! The food is good and fresh! Great service and a very comfortable environment to eat in.

This is my first time visiting this establishment. I was apprehensive after reading some of the recent negative reviews but figured I’d give it a shot and experience it for myself.

I was greeted by a super friendly and engaging lady to order and the guy who cooked and prepped the dish who also clarified the spice level of my order with me. I didn’t expect a conversationalist as he prepped and politely handed me my box.

The portion was full, tasted great and value for money is comparable to whatever other fast food you can get anywhere these days. The food was appropriately (temperature) hot for being prepared on the spot. Not sure why one of the other reviewers complained about it being too hot and not cooling down fast enough for them. They should likely have stuck to a salad order from one of the other boring sandwich shops in the area.

Odd attribute to rate given the atmosphere is a hospital, but I rated “atmosphere” as a 5* relative to what can be expected from a hospital food court.

The service here is absolutely the worst. The server/chef is SUPER rude. No matter how nice u are to him. He never smiles, raises his voice and absolutely shows no respect to the customer. Also they never fill the box, it’s always only 2/3 filled. Absolutely the worst customer care experience.

The food is alright just the staff is a bunch of ignorant and rude people. I’ve been there several times since my dad is been in a hospital for quite sometimes for ill-fated disease. It’s already stressful enough to be dealing with this problem and it doesn’t help when you’re staff members are non-spoken, dont know how to smile, who cares attitude and I’m only getting paid here kind of people. No hospitality at all and especially when your store is actually IN HOSPITAL! If your company cares about quality in services, a friendly suggestion, replace them!

The food was good. The service was horrible. The server was rude and seemed annoyed that I bothered him. Not a single hello or thank you.

Food was fantastic and service was great. Food was nice and hot.

Rude staff. The box sucks. The whole purpose of fast food is quick lunch, specially when u r at the hospital. The food was piping hot, too saucy, had to throw 70% after 20 mins cos the food never cooled.
