Dolphin (Delphin?) and his colleagues at Tim Hortons in Oakville deserve a shoutout! Their friendly demeanour, helpfulness and quick and competent service made our visit truly enjoyable. The loaded slow cooked chicken bowl, hot chocolate, and wild berry donut were delicious, but their exceptional customer service skills made the experience even better. Thank you, Dolphin and team! PS Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. He is a young Filipino.
I went to this location on Labour Day. Despite being extremely busy, the Tim’s workers were polite and fast. My tea was great, and the wildberry cheesecake donut was delicious. It isn’t always easy to work on holidays, so I wanted to shoutout those Tim’s employees working this Labour Day :)
Vegetarian options: Being a vegetarian itself. I know this place have alot of vegetarian options. Shavy and yudhveer were two people who helped me customise my order. They were friendly and humble being. Whole team made my day. Fast and fresh service
