The quality of service has gone down hill fast. They dropped clean cups on the floor and restocked them. Had to tell them to put them in the garbage. Would you drink out of those? They just did not care and have no respect for sanitation what so ever. Just disgusting!

I'm not sure if it's just when I go there but every single time I have been to this specific Tim Hortans my order has taken a long time, the order is wrong or the food is uncooked like last weekend I got a chicken sandwich. It took around 10 minutes to get out to me and the chicken was ice cold and I just wonder what took so long there was no one else in line.
Once a week I stop by and for the last 3 weeks I noticed and told them that there was 2 to 3 wasps all over the donuts and I was told they would take care of that, well it's been 3 weeks since and sure enough they still there, NO DONUTS FOR ME, NO THANKS.

Absolutely terrible. They can’t even get a simple iced coffee right. In just the last two days, they’ve messed up my order twice — and this isn’t new, it happens constantly, at least a few times every single week. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money here only to have to throw half of it out because they can’t follow basic instructions. This location is lazy, careless, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to make coffee.
