Absolutely unacceptable service from this place.

Placed an order on uber eats and they didnt even bother to call me saying that they do not have said item available to replace it. Instead they give me something that i didnt even want because i am SEVERELY allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. Not to mention that they turned off the option to mention allergies on their side of the uber eats tablet.

I usually do a drive through and have never had an issue. The staff taking the order and the cashiers have been great. Same thing when I pick up inside. The place is kept tidy, surprising with all the customers that come in from the schools.
Whoever makes the happy face on my coffees a gem, thanks! It makes day.

The girl serving on gas station counter is professional and polite . I appreciate her service on the other hand Tim Hortons, these people offer service with mute faces just facial expressions that they don’t like this work.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location for the first time while traveling from Vancouver, and I had an excellent experience! I ordered the Oreo Ice Capp, and it was absolutely fresh, delicious, and so enjoyable. The quality and taste exceeded my expectations, and it really made my visit special. Stopped in for some quick shopping and the shelves were half empty. Only a couple of workers scrambling around while the manager just wandered by without lifting a finger. The staff are clearly trying, but with no proper manager on the floor, the whole store feels disorganized. This place needs better leadership.

What a joke. Rolled up at 6 AM just trying to grab a damn coffee and plain bagels before work. Only two poor workers running around while the so-called manager is busy snapping pics of stuff instead of actually helping. Like, hello? People are lined up! Absolute clown show. Wanna meet that great person who hired her.
