“Did take out at Harvey’s for dinner. The order taken home was wrong. They were very busy but they need to take the time to make it right. Called and they were very apologetic, they would re-do fresh if I could come back. But of course we were hungry and we ate what we were given. In that case she gave me a credit for a combo for next time. Great customer service. But what we found strange when eating our burgers was that the buns were stale. One part was so hard you couldn’t bite into it. That’s never happened before. With the turnover I wouldn’t have expected that.

Edit: I went back to Harvey's on the 27th. Made my usual order. I had initially forgotten about the credit that was given to me over the phone. When I got to the window I told them about it. A few minutes later I was given my food, no charge! And to take whatever time I needed to check my order. It was perfect. I must say Harvey's has one of the best Poutines in Orangeville. They know what is required. The gravy has to be hot enough to melt the curds and lots of gravy on top, job done! Great customer service and my hat goes off to Management as they have instilled a great work ethic. The customer is happy and he will be back!“

“Today was my mums 79th birthday and I treated our family to dinner and a wonderful, well decorated ice cream cake, thank you to the girl making sure she’s spelled Mum right! It was a great treat for my dad when we got our food home ! Everything was perfect, service was awesome and so helpful! A big thank you to all the staff at DQ in Orangeville! The young girl that took our order was awesome, very helpful and understanding to my mum ! She enjoyed her meal plus that wonderful ice cream cake !“

“I have been going to the Burger King in Orangeville for a while now (several years) and I am finally writing a well deserved and a long over due review. This Burger King (orangeville location) operates to perfection. They are very friendly, very efficient, and offer perfection. They're so incredibly fast on each and every order (and the foods appearance is exactly as they advertise it, meaning they don't speed up the process to lose on quality), and they never mess up an order, and believe me I have ordered enough from them that one would expect a simple mess up, but they don't. A huge Thank you to all the staff as I can only imagine it takes all the staff involved to be this good day in and day out. Thanks, from a loyal customer. :)
