Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was extremely poor, and the food was even worse. We ordered the poutine and the mac and cheese croquettes, and both dishes were inedible. The poutine lacked flavour, and the croquettes were greasy and unappetizing.

For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality and service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend eating here. There are many other restaurants that provide much better food and customer service.

In regards to the comment left by the Manager, we talked to the server and voiced our concerns. Our bill came to $73 and we gave her $80 cash in hand at the bar, where she was standing.

Not a good place. Server was kind of rude. Maybe the only one but was good to people on another table. Never got kids drink which were ordered. Had to go there and get it. Beer glasses had stain on them. Beer pitcher was not chilled. Beer was warm. Food - the flatbread was not cooked. Nothing in this restaurant was right from start.

Came to Shoeless Joes for the first time. The place was empty for a Friday night. So not busy by any means, yet our experience was terrible. They ran out of fries. On a Friday night, how do you have no fries?!? Had to order sweet potatoe fries instead, and of course they up charged for the sweet potatoe fries. They brought wrong menu items for the kids, had to change my poutine order to a burger and had no seasonal vegetables for the kids so brought steamed peppers. No cutlery, so had to wander around the restaurant looking for a staff member. No one at the bar. Finally found someone to get me a fork. Waitress did not check in, left the dishes on our table but brought the dessert. Now I know why it was empty. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Don't go to this restaurant it is terrible.
Management needs to get a hold of what they are doing and do things the right way. Food has gone down hill and is terrible.

It was not a busy night but the service took forever - like over 30 min just to get drinks. Food was cold and not fresh and the tuna poke bowl was hot tuna? Nothing like it was supposed to be. The coleslaw was big chunks of cabbage with some mayonnaise gloved on top of it. Won’t be back.

Went June 17 to watch the England v Croatia World Cup game. When you walk in the whole place is plastered with Michelob ultra signs, Even on their menu, they have a Michelob ultra for six dollars. Yet, they don’t have Michelob ultra there to drink or Guinness. They also couldn’t change the commentary to English to watch the game. We left after 10 minutes and went to St Louis across the street had a great evening there.
This location really needs to do better.

I wish there was a -5 stars I could give. What a disgusting experience our family had the other day. Health codes are in no way being followed. The bathrooms were lazily stocked - paper towels empty, wet rolls on the counter. None of the toilet paper was in the dispenser, placed on the back of the toilets and on the floor. Soap dispensers empty, liquid soaps on the counter were watered down as though they were trying to make a small amount last longer. Our calamari was the most greasy I've ever seen. We didnt eat it. They were also out of multiple things on the menu. Our server was nice but honestly I don't know how businesses are going to stay afloat when it seems like there is NO effort put in to ensure even a mediocre dining experience. I will never be back, and would not recommend. I doubt this place will be open on 6 months. General opinion-laziness.

To start the family lunch off, they had left a decomposing bird under the tables they had sat us at. We are a large group and tables were left separated so the group was broken into sections. We ordered a Long Island iced tea, was told no problem. We got the drink and it was regular iced tea, after going to the bar they said they couldn’t make it. Most of the food we had gotten wasn’t how we had asked for it to come out. Food was extremely cold. Worst experience in a restaurant ever.

We just had lunch June 6th. The food was horrible. The cobb salad- they forgot to look up how to make one. wings under cooked. The service was told and she said she would talk to the cook but not comp it. I would not recommend this restaurant to any one eating in Orangeville.

Had a great experience at Shoeless Joe's! My buddy and I stopped by for dinner after 9 PM and decided to try some of the new menu items. We had the new poutine, tacos, and a few drinks, and everything was delicious.
A special shoutout to Gurleen for the excellent service. She checked on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and the food and drinks arrived quickly. The atmosphere was great, and we had a really enjoyable time.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a fun night out. Make sure to check out the new menu!

I visited Shoeless Joe's Orangeville yesterday around 4 PM with a few friends, and we had an amazing experience! We tried some of the new menu items, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The service was excellent as well—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for catching up with friends.

A great job by the entire team on the new menu. We'll definitely be back to try more items soon. Highly recommend Shoeless Joe's Orangeville for great food, drinks, and outstanding service! 🍔🍹👏

Horrible experience, other than our server, who I felt terrible for. We came at 5:30 and didn't get our first plate of food for over an hour, then one plate at a time over the next hour. My dad didn't get his dinner, my mom's burger was raw, my aunt's fish was raw, my husband got the wrong order, and my sister's burger was burnt and tasted awful (majority of the food was also cold). Not only was this unacceptable service, it's also a health concern, as this could have made people extremely ill. I have never been to a restaurant and left so disappointed. I never leave reviews, as I was a server for 20 years and I know sometimes stuff happens... this was just disgusting and unsafe. Avoid at all costs. Four tables and an skip the dishes delivery driver left due to the service. The owners should be embarrassed and should reevaluate if owning a restaurant is for them. As I finished writing this, my sister has now messaged me informing me that she is now violently ill in the bathroom.

*Children's meals were not served on time. 2 kids pizzas were delivered over an 1 hour after ordering, 1 chicken tenders were delivered 30 mins after that and the final one was 15 minutes after....we were literally the only table in the restaurant, your excuses are laughable.
