Tonight the entire drive through order was wrong. Drove 20 km home to find this out.
So when we called they offered to replace the food. Add on another 40 km by the time we
Got home only find that the onion rings we ordered were burned black! I kid you not!
So we ended up driving a total of 80 km only to have the worst meal we can remember.
We are done with the A & W near Food Basics. Worst food ever!
I can't believe this place is so highly ranked. The fries are ALWAYS terrible. The service is mediocre. I went to the bathroom once to come out and have my drink removed from my table. When I returned to my table the employee cleaning the eating area looked at me and looked away in guilt but didn't apologize for her mistake. Instead of causing a scene I left. I will never return to the location again. It appears A&W has really started to lower it's franchise standards.
If your trying to go to timmies in the morning dont play yourself, A&W is right across the st and takes 5 mins in and out vs 15 in line at tims and you end up with the wrong order. Great breakfast sandwiches and good service
