I was having confusion with something.
But the lady at the counter was so rude. I don’t know what’s wrong with the people over here.

Was greeted nicely and order was taken properly with instructions for how I wanted my sandwich made.
Until the old lady gave me attitude after requesting it be newly made due to allergies

Worst customer service. Not helping or recommending what we were looking for and no help at all from ladies plus manager is getting rude for no reason.

food is always good; feel like every-time I am there they are understaffed. Gives me a feeling that the owner becomes cheap when it comes to staffing and that puts too much stress on the employees!!

Chicken wings? Taste like raw fish to me, the whole house smells like fish. What the hell is going on over there. Didnt seem to care care when i asked about it. Wont be back there again thats for sure.

I've found in my last few visits that the chicken tenders are a little inconsistent. Sometimes they are excellent, other times they are underwhelming. For example, the spicy ones will have next to no spice, or the chicken will have more strange, chewy bits in the tender, or the breading will be too much in relation to the meat. Would ever say they've been bad, just also never the same. The fries, however, are always excellent and easily the best fast food french fries there are, at least in my opinion. Service is always friendly here, if occasionally a little slow. Put simply, I will be back, I just wish this location was as consistent in its quality as other Popeyes I have frequented in the past.

It took a half hour to get our food, the girl on the mic was rude when I asked what sides they have she said it’s on the billboard. It’s expensive as well.

Lack of communication. Listen, I know popeyes is typically for spicy foodies, but they have the mild option for those who can't handle the heat. Went in for the first time in like 7 years, and was gonna try the honey garlic wings, and told the girl at cash that I can't have spicy food when ordering but after my first bite i found out they marinate every single wing in ghost pepper sauce. No biggie, I went up and asked for the boneless wings because those aren't marinated. They said 8 minutes for the remake. I waited 15 before going back to the counter, when they saw me they quickly threw the boneless wings together and gave them to me. They were tossed in spicy BBQ sauce instead of honey garlic. We just left because I didn't want to have to complain again.
