The 3 lady's that worked there were so nice and very helpful even cheered me up I was having a bad day. It's service like that is what Makes us want to come back. Thanks so much for Popeyes it was awesome

My family and I regularly come to Popeyes in Orillia. We want to express our gratitude for one of the staff members that we often are greeted and served by. She is incredibly kind, friendly and sweet to my kiddos. Thanks Tanya!! You’re awesome!!

Service is slow never have any chicken always waiting bad

I'm seeing a trend here and I wish I had of checked the reviews or I never would have ordered. And the responses from Popeyes are even worse!! I ordered through doordash and they gave my order to someone else and then refused to remake the order. The poor gentlemen from doordash had to pay out of pocket for my order and it was Popeyes mistake! Then I must have called the store 6 times to speak with someone and they refused to answer! Never will order from Popeyes again!

Asked for a 5 piece chicken tenders meal.
Fries were good, chicken was tasty, but the chicken tenders where a size away from being nuggets AND I only got 4.
Then I got some hard inedible disk in my meal.

Angry lady manager is always mad and short with customers. Drive through times are hit or usually miss. Food is decent, however one cook was wearing a beard net and no hair net for some reason

Every time I go to Popeyes it seems like it gets more expensive. I went recently with a friend and it was nearly $50 for two 3 piece tender combos. Frankly, for the quality of the food and the price, youd be better of going to Chick-fil-A down the street. Less expensive and the food is better quality

We went through the drive thru. It took a few minutes but that's to be expected. The lady that served me was very polite and helpful. The food was excellent as well!
