Too slow man i order my food they give me in 45 min

Ugh! Should've paid attention to reviews!! Ordered all dark meat got 80% white, requested 50:50 spicy and regular only got regular 🤷 a disappointment for everyone involved since the conversation now revolved around the food, ordering, staff, getting money back, 'should've checked the order before you brought it home!' When they dropped in on short notice I was hoping for a better experience and catching up with family!

I went to your outlet for a chicken combo meal. To be honest, two pieces of the chicken were really dry, maybe because they were cooked a long time ago. The other piece was okay and normal.

When I was in Toronto, the combo usually came with a biscuit, but your employee didn’t give me one. When I asked her, she said they didn’t have any and mentioned that it was already written on the front door. However a moment later, the manager came with biscuit which was great. That’s the reason she is a manager (5 stars).

I believe your front employee needs to be more attentive because she forgot to inform me that there was no white meat available. She also didn’t provide any napkins or sauces, which made it feel like she didn’t care

Horrible Experience ordering food , asked me what I wanted and I told spicy platter she didn’t understand and then she’s like anything else and I’m like you didn’t even ask me what my sides or drinks was, got my order to receive non spicy tenders when ordered spicy , was told I was wrong and that’s when I showed her that no spice anywhere in the tenders , I was still wrong so I left cause I didn’t want a remake only to find they missed the damn biscuit in the meal, Final Meal Ever for this Popeyes…. And it’s a 1 Star.

Visited for lunch and the service was amazing. The manager there is absolutely fantastic, she's super friendly and accommodating. She let us order a custom wrap with several substitutions. Food was great

The deluxe sandwich was on a soggy bun, lettuce was sparce and wilted and pretty disgusting. The chicken was flavourless. An extremely small portion on rings. Some of the staff had very dirty clothes. One of the worst Popeyes locations I've come across.

I order putione and I found zero gravy in this. Also they didn't provide any fork and napkins. Very worst experience. Atleast try to give basic things like fork and napkins. Please improve your coustomer service.

Walked tonight to a manager(women) sitting at the table yelling at another employee while the girl was cleaning tables, tell her she needs to be more professional while I was walking in. Yelling at her across the room while customer was inside the store. So unprofessional, working in this hard industry no one should ever be yelled at in public. Take your employees to the side to talk.

Made this visit super uncomfortable, and I could just see the employee miserable. Poor girl!

Ordered a family meal through the drive thru, got home pulled out the meal. No fries in the bag. Called the restaurant, spoke to an assistant manager whom basically insinuated that I was lying about the fries.. she told me I could come back and get some fries.. I’d rather have the money back for them, I know what happens to food when it’s a dissatisfied customer!
Will be contacting the owner as I do not appreciate the insinuation of not telling the truth..
