Everytime I order a regular mocha I get questions about what I want in it, and I just want it made the way it supposed to be, but sometimes it has whipped cream and sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t understand why they can’t make a regular menu item consistently.

Friendly staff that actually look like they enjoy working there, bagels are made fresh right in front of you and are delicious. Personally I reccomend getting there before noon and grabbing a breakfast bagel.

If you’re in Orillia, you have to stop by. This place is so charming, inside and out. The bagels are truly the best I’ve had (the strawberry cream cheese is to DIE for) and the staff are always so friendly!!!

They sell out. So get there early. The sandwiches are tasty, its a small spot, not much room to sit and eat inside. The bagels are ok, they are not Montreal style, not very dense, not soft and chewy, more thick bread like, then bagel.
