Friendly staff that actually look like they enjoy working there, bagels are made fresh right in front of you and are delicious. Personally I reccomend getting there before noon and grabbing a breakfast bagel.
If you’re in Orillia, you have to stop by. This place is so charming, inside and out. The bagels are truly the best I’ve had (the strawberry cream cheese is to DIE for) and the staff are always so friendly!!!

Updating my review: their cinnamon buns are killer too, even cold! (Warm them up though, they probably taste way better that way!)
