Was unimpressed with the service at this location. Waited 15 mins for a coffee that jumped from employee to employee with confusion on what the order was. It was one of their staff picks. Once received, the order was slightly off and the employee wasn't happy they had to fix it. After receiving it, there was no apology for the error or the delay in the drink. I understand if it was busy but there were only a few customers after ordering.

The employees at this Starbucks are the best! They’re friendly, efficient and very helpful. The store is clean and well taken care of! Don’t sleep on the matcha lattes and make a pit stop on your way to the cottage.

Very unique Starbucks without a doubt, it felt like a mini theme park, we went on the train section after we got the drink, quite comfortable with music playing in the background. If you’re anywhere nearby and looking for a place to go, you can give it a shot.

I bought two chocolate cake pops at this Starbucks and when we arrived, they were out of stock and told us they would refund us. Before we left, I asked him again and said I hadn't received my refund yet and he told me to wait a little longer. I waited until the next day and still hadn't received my refund. When I called them to ask about it, they didn't answer.

There is a Starbucks treasure on the roadside on Highway 11 towards Muskoka. It is recommended to stop and have a cup of coffee to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We used mobile order, so our drinks were ready when we arrived despite being fairly busy. We ordered two grande lattes. They felt light when we picked them up, but we dismissed the concern and found a nice place to sit outside. When I tried to take a sip, I had to keep tipping my head back further and further without anything coming out. I finally opened the lid and found that there was only liquid for about 2/3rds of the cup, with an inch of foam on top, and another cm or two of empty space. I was really disappointed - my drink cost $8! (I ordered lactose free milk). The place was busy and I didn't want to ruin my opportunity for a quiet parenting break, so I didn't bother the staff about it and just left disappointed.
