Baskin Robbins is a sweet spot with a wide variety of ice cream choices. While some find it pricey, the prices are comparable to other ice cream stores. The owner/manager can be friendly and helpful, but also rude to employees. One exceptional experience stood out, where the owner went above and beyond with a custom Batman cake order, including a figurine and perfect decorations. Overall, the ice cream is good, but the service can be inconsistent.
