WOW ! Absolutely outstanding Just had the special burger of the day. Could have eaten 10 of them ! Not often would I say this but I haven't had a meal here that didn't deserve a 6 out of 5 star rating. Everything is made from scratch. Couple that with the beyond fair pricing and atmosphere, just cant say enough.
You'd be nuts not to try this place out !

Great hidden Fallingbrook local burger spot, nice bar setup with specials on mixed drinks and good local selections on tap.
Playful menu, better value than other Ottawa burger chains locally and excellent comfort food sides.
Ample seating and lots of TVs for game nights, seasonal patio and a fun young yet experienced staff.
Wife and I are weeknight regulars, thanks Bite crew for making the corner burger spot our neighborhood favorite 👍🏽

This is easily best burger in Ottawa. This place doesn’t get the attention it deserves. The service is excellent, there’s always good tunes on in the background (not too loud), and the food is top notch. The truffle fries are awesome and my favourite is the burning love burger but I haven’t had a bad meal here. Not to mention a great array of craft pints and TVs to catch some sports.

Visited for the first time on Saturday July 26/25 around 730pm.
Will start off by saying - Yes, I very much enjoyed my visit to Bite Burger House.
Very spacious, great atmosphere and vibe. There was a large 50th birthday wrapping up so I couldn't tell if there was more noise than usual or if that was a normal amount, but my friend and I were still able to have a conversation without having to shout.
Great place to watch a sports game (Baseball was on which was entertaining).
High tops, regular seating and bar seating available.
Service was quite good. It was sometimes a little hard to get a server's attention but there seemed to be maybe two working or one might have been on break. Still the servers were all very nice and personable when you got to speak to them.
My friend ordered the special of the day and I ordered the Brie Burger.
I also had to try the Mac and cheese and order a side of fries to try those out.
Everything we ate was excellent.
My brie Burger with mushrooms was perfect, fries were perfectly seasoned, and this was the first time I was actually impressed with a restaurant mac and cheese. It was extremely creamy and tasted of cheese. Wow. I was blown away.
My friend also enjoyed his special with a cheese bun and truffle fries. He said the fries and aioli dip was fantastic.
Would definitely recommend coming here again. 100%
Great for all occasions, date night, family dinner, small celebration or sports night.
Lots of burgers to try so you definitely want to come back.

First Time at Bite Burger House — Orleans' Hidden Gem
Been living in Orleans for 17 years, and somehow never made it to Bite Burger House — tucked away in what’s got to be the worst restaurant location in town. You know the spot… the forgotten end of a strip mall parking lot, hidden from street view. Every restaurant that landed here before was a total hidden gem, and this one? No different. Another literal hidden gem.
Show them some love and give them a try — here’s why.
Staff & Service
Friendly, engaging, and genuinely proud of the food they serve. These folks know they’ve got something good, and it shows. No hesitation dropping a tip here — they’ve earned it.
Atmosphere
It’s a small venue, L-shaped around the bar, kitchen, and tap room. A little tight? Sure — but it works.
Bonus: 18 beers on tap. And not just fillers — some solid local brews worth exploring. Try one... or eighteen. (Just maybe not in one night. I’m not your mom, but still.)
The Food
It’s a burger joint — but it’s not just a burger joint. They’ve got:
Mac & Cheese
Fish & Chips
A few stacked sandwiches
Mac & Cheese
Thick, creamy, flavorful — like they stole my recipe and perfected it. Bowl of comfort done right.
Identity Crisis Burger
Beef + pulled pork + espresso BBQ sauce = insane flavor bomb. They nailed it.
Swiss Mushroom Melt (wife’s pick)
She devoured it — and when something disappears that fast, you know it hit the spot.
The Fries
Listen, we’ve all had fries. These? These are next-level. Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned.
Fries alone are worth coming back for.
Final Word
Orleans’ latest hidden gem is tucked in the last place you'd expect — but it's packing some serious flavor, charm, and pride.
Make dinner plans. Bring a friend. Tell your neighbors.
Let’s not lose another Orleans sensation.

This is my first time coming to the Orleans location. It was delightful. Great options and great atmosphere.
Restaurantji Recommends
Probably the best mac n cheese from a restaurant I've ever had, burgers are pretty amazing, the Swiss mushroom is full of flavor, perfectly cooked and still juicy enough to make you have a mouthgasm. The staff are great, servers tend to joke around with the customers which is refreshing, would strongly recommend this place if you like places like the works but want something with a quieter atmosphere to really enjoy your food.
Nice decor and delicious food. Great selection of burgers and gourmet sauces. Recommended.
I love burgers, and find that you can tell a lot about a restaurant by how they do a burger, especially when they aren't a burger place. That said, I would have expected better. I got a Bite Me burger with fries, and an iced tea. The fries were perfect, fresh cut, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and unsalted, so I could add as little or as much salt as I wanted! An easy 5/5!
The burger on the otherhand, was not so great. The patty was dry and unseasoned, with the bun being a little too delicate for the burger. 2.5/5.
The iced tea? 0/5. Tasting it, there was something off, and I couldn't place my finger on it until I had finished it: it tasted like the tea had been sitting too long and was starting to ferment. There was a slight effervescence and sour taste that I've normally only associated with fruit that has gone off or young beer.
The service was pretty good, they took my wife's iced tea off because of how it was and got her a different drink, and the atmosphere of the place was what I'd expect from a local bar.
Would I go back? Maybe, and if so, not getting a burger nor iced tea.
First time at Bite Burger House. We were looked after by Iyas, who made us feel very welcome, and got everything right.
My small appetite could not finish the Macaroni & Cheese, with fried chicken pieces topping it, so it came home with me.
It was so good and tasted freshly made.
Hubby had Lil Bit Chicken, which was fried chicken on a soft bun, with a pickle and gravy underneath the top half of the bun, so it could be eaten like a great chicken burger.
Good fries came with it.
We were there between 3 p.m. and
5 p.m., so a 20 oz Bite Lager was only $6 and my gin and tonic was only $5!
They have a lot of the higher tables, but low tables are also available.
Lots of free parking and there is wheelchair access from the parking lot to the sidewalk next to the Dairy Queen, which is beside The Bite.
Walk past the Bite's patio for access to the restaurant from the Fallingbrook Plaza parking lot. There is also a parking lot in back of the plaza facing the restaurant.
Check their hours of service, before you go, as it did not open until 3 p.m. on Monday.
Really good burger joint. The mac'n cheese is very good.
