I recently bought a $20 gift card from booster juice at Place d'orleans only to realize that the card was never loaded with the $20 and we didn't have the original receipt. We dealt with the franchise owner Jacques. He was very professional and friendly and was able to fix our issue in a timely manner as well as gave us two free smoothies for the error. He provided exceptional customer service. We will definitely continue to visit the franchises he owns.
