Yes exactly, it was a delivery order, so don’t order online guys, they will let you waiting until the store becomes empty. Uber’s, skip’s.. customers are not a real ones.

Not a great place to go to, the staff aren't very friendly and the wait times are pretty slow. No one told me about the rewards card for my first 5 purchases or so, I only found out there were points once I heard a customer ask the cashier about it.
The quality of the drinks + toppings aren't bad but they're not that good either. If you're in the mood for milk tea it gets the job done but it's nothing special. The only real upside to this Chatime over other milk tea stores is that it's in a good location if you live in the neighbourhood.

I recently visited Chatime Bubble Tea for the first time, and I must say, I was beyond impressed! When I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the place was, which immediately gave me a great first impression.
The customer service was top-notch—everyone was friendly, but a special shoutout goes to Ayah, who assisted me with my order. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, answering all my questions without hesitation. She worked quickly and efficiently, making sure I had exactly what I wanted. It’s clear she knows this place inside and out, and her enthusiasm made the experience even better.
As for the bubble tea itself, it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The balance of sweetness and tea was just right, and the pearls had that perfect chewiness. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients here.
Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for great bubble tea and exceptional service, Chatime is the place to go! Highly recommend!

I have never received a correct order here. They will try to get you to order the larger size and add in extra items if you're not looking. When I mentioned that my order was wrong, she simply picked out the extra things she had added into my cup, and returned the same thing back to me instead of re making it.

Update: Great service and tea. It’s probably the best bubble tea franchise in Ottawa. I did had the one bad experience (see previous review) but the rest outweigh the one.
Previous Review: I asked for minimal ice and she took it as put more water. When I went back to ask why it tasted like water she admitted that she added more water to counteract the less ice. The more logical way to make the drink would be to add more base. When she made it the second time she added more ice ?. This place is usually really good but this experience ruined it.
