Update: Great service and tea. It’s probably the best bubble tea franchise in Ottawa. I did had the one bad experience (see previous review) but the rest outweigh the one.
Previous Review: I asked for minimal ice and she took it as put more water. When I went back to ask why it tasted like water she admitted that she added more water to counteract the less ice. The more logical way to make the drink would be to add more base. When she made it the second time she added more ice ?. This place is usually really good but this experience ruined it.

I was here a few days ago and to my delight they had the Cha Time Milk Tea Smoothie! I believe I was served by a girl named Vanessa(?) who was so polite and knowledgeable. Never disappointed when I come to this location. You get every pennies worth!

Haven’t been to Chatime in some time so decided to come on by to this new location. It was busy, but considering a fair was taking place, it made sense that it was so busy at night.Inside, it’s fairly small, enough space for a table and chairs which were already packed up for the night. Their menus consists of multiple drinks (fruit, tea, & espresso flavour) . They serve cake slices along with other smaller desserts.Got the very mango smoothie & white peach tea. I was surprised with the price, over $7 for the smoothie, regular size seems a little high.The upsell strategy to charge .40 for the larger size. The staff was friendly, we didn’t have to wait too long.

Not fair. The drinks are really good BUT they are tricking us with the portion by putting a LOT OF ice even if you ask them to put less ice as they are stingy with their liquid, they will always camouflage this with ice.

awful customer service and communication, i waited 20 mins and then they said they couldn’t even substitute my drink for oat milk even if the screen clearly says that they can. i then asked for a refund and the employee stayed on the phone with her manager for over ten mins and ignored me even if i said i was in a rush. and then she said she was gonna refund me with cash but changed her mind and said she could only refund with a gift card and then changed her mind again and said that she could substitute the drink with oat milk for extra charge even after wasting half an hour of my time while keeping up a huge line up behind us. at the end, she gave us cash and no drink and she didn’t even refund with the full amount. would not come back nor would i recommend to anyone.

Milk tea smoothie and bubble tea were fantastic. The young lady at the register (didn't get her name unfortunately) was very knowledgeable about the products and reassured us that she even had a binder if she didn't know an answer. Her customer service made the experience a 5 out of 5.

I love going here weekly after studying at the library, definitely my go to drink place! The staff are friendly and when I bring my friends they all love the drinks. Super delicious, would for sure recommend!Staff where very friendly, easy and understandable menu with diverse options, not overly expensive, atmosphere and decorations are great
