Milk tea smoothie and bubble tea were fantastic. The young lady at the register (didn't get her name unfortunately) was very knowledgeable about the products and reassured us that she even had a binder if she didn't know an answer. Her customer service made the experience a 5 out of 5.

I love going here weekly after studying at the library, definitely my go to drink place! The staff are friendly and when I bring my friends they all love the drinks. Super delicious, would for sure recommend!Staff where very friendly, easy and understandable menu with diverse options, not overly expensive, atmosphere and decorations are great

I'm disappointed that Chatime doesn't offer gift cards. Was told they were sold out even when they have a promotion going on. it would have been a great option for gifting bubble tea lovers.

Chatime has been one of my favourite boba places. I asked for a regular size Brown sugar milk tea, paid the high price for the beverage and received a smaller than standard cup. What I got was a small. Disappointed to see this restaurant be stingy with an already costly price. My visits here will no longer be frequent.

Had a great first experience trying bubble tea. Staff was very friendly and nice. The space was nice and clean. The beverage and dessert was delicious. Love having this option available in orleans for a late evening outing.

Never tried bubble tea in my entire life but decided to try it out for the first time and I was extremely impressed. I was greeted by a young women Destiny and was throughly surprised on her service. She was quick and responsive. I was having trouble with the menu and she talked me through the best drinks and was able to come to a perfect drink recommendation for a first timer like me! Tried the brown sugar milk tea and she was able to make the drink in under a minute. It was extremely delish and I will be coming back :)
Had a mango grapefruit bubble tea today and it was fantastic!! So happy to see Chatime in Orleans!!!! Best bubble tea in the city by far. Also, super clean and organized with lovely staff!!

I love Chatime, especially their roasted grass jelly milk tea. The only issue is that ive gotten my drink orders wrong a few times at this location which is why i havent given it a full 5 star. Spending $8 minimum to have the wrong drink is not a good way to enjoy your bbt. I also tried their basque cheesecake and unfortunately they may have given me a bad batch because it was so hard and brittle. Still when they get your order right its very good.
