Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I haven’t had a Dairy Queen burger in quite a long time and was exited to have one again! I convinced my wife and son to try it and now I feel so bad. In my fifty plus years of eating burgers it is as I can remember the worst burger that I have ever had! It was cold , way over cooked and just tasked like ground beef I just cooked up with zero seasoning. I usually don’t complain but for $54 … which is the going price today , it was so gross and turned all three of us from ever eating at Dairy Queen again…. Not even for an ice cream. If you want a better burger just buy a No Name burger at Loblaws and it will taste better!

There were five people working, yet the place was extremely dirty. Food all over the floor and counters, ice cream machine not clean, etc.

I want to love this DQ because it’s close to home and I love DQ but time and time again our products are either made incorrectly or lacking quality. Today our server handed us this cone (without napkins, we had to ask) after 4 attempts. I think this will be our last time visiting this location.

Routinely screw up Blizzard orders we get. It's so normal that at least someone in my family has their order wrong that it's no longer a surprise.

The place is always in need of a good cleaning. Staff aren’t the greatest. Out of watching 8 blizzards being handed out not a single one was flipped. We had a hard time figuring out what was what when the staff doesn’t tell you when handing it over. It’s too bad this is the only place within walking distance.
