I love that place
The place wasn't as clean and proper as it had been on the past.
Great ice cream as usual
Sam provided excellent service and her smile really made my day :) Sam was professional, patient and cheerful with me and every customer ahead of me. The rest of the staff was also lovely and my order was great!
Place has been open for an hour and they are just changing the oil now. Not before they opened.
Cash person was friendly.
Location was dirty.
Very poorly managed. There was about 15 people in line waiting to order and 20 people waiting for their ice cream. The people who work there are flying around not really knowing what they are doing. I will not be back.
Waiting way too long for my ice cream while half the staff not even working. I could also see that the kitchen was very dirty. The food was decent.
The place needs a good cleaning, fruit flies around ketchup container, no napkins, fries were cold, service was terrible, took 20 minutes to get order
I haven’t had a Dairy Queen burger in quite a long time and was exited to have one again! I convinced my wife and son to try it and now I feel so bad. In my fifty plus years of eating burgers it is as I can remember the worst burger that I have ever had! It was cold , way over cooked and just tasked like ground beef I just cooked up with zero seasoning. I usually don’t complain but for $54 … which is the going price today , it was so gross and turned all three of us from ever eating at Dairy Queen again…. Not even for an ice cream. If you want a better burger just buy a No Name burger at Loblaws and it will taste better!

There were five people working, yet the place was extremely dirty. Food all over the floor and counters, ice cream machine not clean, etc.
