“Update: Great service and tea. It’s probably the best bubble tea franchise in Ottawa. I did had the one bad experience (see previous review) but the rest outweigh the one.

Previous Review: I asked for minimal ice and she took it as put more water. When I went back to ask why it tasted like water she admitted that she added more water to counteract the less ice. The more logical way to make the drink would be to add more base. When she made it the second time she added more ice ?. This place is usually really good but this experience ruined it.“

Ooohh i love this place. The staff are great! They are respectful. Even if its super busy and stressful they still smile.
4 stars for atmosphere only because there is not alot of room in that place. When its busy... the atmosphere changes because there is not a lot of room. Other than that small thing... this place is great!
