Everything we have tried has been at least as good as any. Our favourite includes: Very good: mapo tofu, chicken chop suey, crispy beef. Excellent: moshe chicken. High-back booths offer privacy. Parking right in front. Decor is better than most Chinese restaurants.
Very good price, very nice staff, and very chill atmosphere. But best of all? Authentic taste. I had low expectation with places that has the word "fusion", but was pleasantly surprised with the fried rice and dim sum. The salted fish fried rice was perfectly seasoned and toasted to soak all that "fried" flavour that can only came from a real wok on the hands of someone who knows southern, Hong Kong style chinese cuisine. The sauces are lighter and they offer the usual fried rice, but ask for their Authentic version. I highly recommend it. A lot of rice.Ordered Cashew Shrimp and Vegetables. A good size order, as was the Lemon Chicken.The Shrimp Rolls appetizer consists of a single shrimp in a crispy fried wrapper.
