Was in the mall shopping and decided to get myself a quick snack. A staff member recommended the Truffle fries and I was not disappointed. Staff was super friendly and my food was hot and ready in minutes. Will definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in the mall.

Had this for lunch July 8 2026 and the cheese curds where cold the gravy was cold and the fries tasted like freezer burn. I couldn't even finish the meal it made me so sick within 10 minutes of eating I felt nauseous and dizzy about 30 mins later I also throw up all over the bus. Thank god my body new I wasn't home but as soon as I got home 1 hour after eating it I throw up all the fries cheese and gravy. After that about 3 more times (total 4) of throwing up in the matter of hours. I wouldn't recommend eating there. They say the open at 930 but they where still opening and preparing everything at 11. That is unacceptable. I never ever throw up unless it's from contaminated food. Hope this warning advises people not to eat there. They have definitely turned me off of New York fries period

Fantastic fries as always! The service at NYF is top notch. Sabastian is always helpful and kind. I asked for extra green onion and he did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped here for a quick bite on my 4 hour drive back home as I was in town for my aunt's funeral. Jamie was great and made sure my order was fresh, thank you again for the condolences, it really meant a lot.

UPDATE: My son and I went to New York fries this morning. The website says they open at 10:00 a.m. and we waited for over 10 minutes and no one served us so we left a little bit disappointed.
I always find the service here is fantastic. The food is fresh and the service is very good. William was very polite and I was very impressed with him. You can never go wrong at this location. Amazing. Thank you!

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Purchased a hot dog and poutine. The hot dog was insufficiently cooked, the first bite was luke warm and the 2nd bite was actually cool. Would have requested my money back but that would have meant standing in line for another 20 minutes or so. Will not buy from there again.
