Awful experience this evening. Pricing on the website was lower than what was in their system. Would not honour the website price. I had to call rather than use the website because I was offered a discount that I could not use online. This discount I was offered was as a result of a hair being baked into my food last time. Person I spoke with was also a bit rude. Never again.
My first experience and last with papa Johns in Orleans. Ordered a large 'Super Hawaiian" and Cinnamon bites. $40 was not cheap !!! The girl making the pizza didn't use the pizza dough press and instead tossed and tossed it. The result was the thinnest pizza I ever had. It was absolutely wafer thin - 100% unacceptable. The cinnamon bites were good but at nearly $12 were a total rip off. At $6 they would have been overpriced. I accept responsibility for my decisions but I can tell...read full review
