“Visited at the dinner rush on a Monday. The guys making the sandwiches handled the volume beautifully and my sandwich tasted great. The guy at the cash went above and beyond to serve the family in front of me, when the son was the one doing the ordering at only maybe 8 years old. It was heartwarming to see“
“Huge shout out to Kallum. This young man delivered excellent service. I have Celiac Disease, Kallum took special care to ensure my sandwich was safe for me to eat. He got all fresh ingerdients from the back, and prepared my sandwich on a clean surface. He checked in with me during the process, which made me feel confident that he was following protocol. Thank you, Kallum, for making my first Subway experience as a Celiac a positive one!!
Dietary restrictions: Celiac protocols were followed.“
“So, I'm going to tell you something amazing. I was in a Subway with a group of 20-25 kids,I'm a teacher, and we were in Ottawa for a festival. The girl working there, I think her name was Gauri, was already starting to close up. We got there maybe 10 minutes before closing, but she still served all of us. It was so great! She probably had to redo all the closing tasks because of us. Usually, I've had the opposite experience. We went to a Subway once before, and the staff refused to serve us because they were closing soon. So, I'm really happy this Subway had such great staff; it's good for business! I was going to tip her, but I forgot. I remember her name, though. We were on our way back from Quebec. Thanks to Subway and that girl for making dinner for us and letting us eat. The service was so good! And one more thing – the girl was working all alone.“
