We order from here on Uber eats. The food has generally been good. However, the last order was very poor. Most of the hot food was cold. Even the sushi was below their usual quality with the red tuna being tough and chewy (see pic) which most likely indicates improper defrosting.

I really love the place. It's good sushi for all you can eat in orleans. My son loves the robot cat and the fish images. For all you can eat im always satisfied. Just wish they had more dumpling type food. Service is always good.

Been here a couple of times, always a great experience, however, today I was served by Noemie, and I just wanted to give her a shoutout because she was absolutely amazing, super fast, very friendly and checked on us multiple times. There was a mixup where a ton of stuff came to our table long after we ordered and were full and she went above and beyond to help me out since I was going to have to pay for it. She’s absolutely fantastic!

We had dinner at Sushi Kan this evening and really enjoyed the experience. The food was fresh and tasty, but what stood out most was the service.
Our server, Noémie, was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and her knowledge of the menu made ordering easy.
Thanks to her, we felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back.

I order from this place once a weekish. One of the best sushi place in Ottawa. They offer red tuna for all you can eat options, even though it’s two portions max. 20 years ago in Toronto and Vancouver we use to judge a sushi joint simply based on whether they offer red tuna on their menu. Never thought I’d find it in Ottawa.

The location is clean and inviting. The food overall was ok, not the best quality. The sushi rolls are cut into a inch 1/2 slices. Not sure why.. I won't return to this place, many better options for sushi.

The sushi i had was great, but unfortunately that's all I could have they don't have any gluten free dishes or ones that are prepared without sauce with gluten. They did have some gluten free soy sauce for me to dip my sushi in. Others in my party had many different dishes and loved them all.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options other than certain sushi rolls that simply don't contain gluten.
