The location is clean and inviting. The food overall was ok, not the best quality. The sushi rolls are cut into a inch 1/2 slices. Not sure why.. I won't return to this place, many better options for sushi.

The sushi i had was great, but unfortunately that's all I could have they don't have any gluten free dishes or ones that are prepared without sauce with gluten. They did have some gluten free soy sauce for me to dip my sushi in.
Others in my party had many different dishes and loved them all.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options other than certain sushi rolls that simply don't contain gluten.

They add 15% tip server POST-tax. Should only be tipping on pre-tax amounts. Check your receipts. Big No No! Will report.
The food was goid but the servers don't ever crack a smile or are gracious. I didn't feel welcome.

For a $38 dinner you should be able to order whatever you want off the menu..
You order over a tablet. One of the sections only lets you order TWO items from the list..?
I genuinely don't understand why. It's $46.88 with tax and I can't get everything I want???
On top of that, u can't even get a beer. No liquor license.
Service was UNBELIEVABLY slow and food was very mediocre. Definitely isn't worth the price I paid at all.
Going to Sobeys next time and getting premade sushi. Tastes the same.
Definitely will not be back.

No change tables for baby!!!
Food was fine, service was great. But this is a huge issue for families. We’re left changing our baby on a counter, which isn’t safe or sanitary for us or your other guests.
Kid-friendliness: No change table in men’s or women’s washrooms. Had high chairs, but buckle was broken.

Sushi too big not tasty chicken tao horrible of very poor quality we reported information to the manager but he was very unpleasant and did not accept the feedback in general I find that the quality has deteriorated a lot in this establishment

Parking: Nice, big parking lot. Shared by other businesses in the plaza.

We had an OK meal tonight. Food was ok. Service was fast and friendly. However, a group of people there had no idea they were out in public at a restaurant and made enough noise that we'll think again about going to Sushikan. I believe the staff might have asked them to keep it down. It really was pretty pathetic. At the very least we'll call ahead next time to ask if any large groups have made a reservation, in which case we'll avoid this restaurant.

Noemie is an excellent server. She is personable, patient and attentive. Noemie is a wonderful ambassador for Sushi Kan. From a customer service standpoint alone, I will not hesitate to return to Sushi Kan so that I can be served by Noemie.
